During plant installation, your plants will be laid out to insure proper placement based on your landscape design.

We provide sod installation and seeding as well as landscape installation. Varsity also does grading to prep for sod installation and seeding.

We can re-grade existing areas to prevent puddling and also install underground culverts or downspout extenstions to divert water away from your house.
